Is it possible to use the JCE editor in the field replace?

I strongly recommend against that.
Editors will add HTML that in many cases you do not want.
If you need to find a URL, just open the edit view of an article and use JCE in there.
Or open the article you want to link to in the administrator and grab the link using Better Frontend Link.
