Hello Peter.
One thing in advance. I am always excited and happy to work with your extensions.
I need 2 different quick index html outputs and was wondering if this is possible. I usually use Quick Index as page navigation for documentation pages. The output is generated in lists. Everything works fine. Now I need an additional output as dropdown. Is there a way to enable both on the same homepage?

Not, Quick Index doesn't generate html suitable for a dropdown.
Quick Index also only outputs 1 index per section. A new {index} tag would mark a new section.
You might be able to use ReReplacer to copy the Quick Index output to a placeholder you have somewhere else on the page.
