Is it possible to load a template every time a new article is opened for edit?
I'd like to add help text to front end tinyMCE editor during article creation.
Is it possible to pre load a template into the editor for this purpose and allow the help text to be over written with article content?
What is the access level needed for content templater? How do the templater access relate to the article creators access?

Yes, you can set a template to auto-load, so that will fill the article content area in the editor if it does not have any content yet.
The access levels in the conditions refer to whatever access level the logged in user has.
