I'll be re-subscribing soon. Quick question: I have seen some ways to run Python in the browser (i.e.
pyscript.net/
). Does Sourcerer support running Python, either in the browser or from the server side? Any hints/advice?

I offer no support on the free versions.
Sourcerer can execute PHP. And it can place code into your HTML (like HTML, CSS and javascript).
It does not execute or handle python scripts.
