Restricting administrator access to AMM Pro to...

I have setup a new J4 site and given the client restricted access to the backend where he can only edit selected modules. I DON'T want him to be able to edit any of the condition sets I have created for those modules. So;

Is it possible to have the standard Joomla module manager available to this client (he is in a new usergroup/access level) but AMM Pro available only to me as Super User?
