Is there a way with Advanced Module Manager to activate / deactivate a module whether the device is a tablet in horizontal or vertical position please ?

No, Advanced Module Manager detects if a module should be displayed or not before the page is loaded.

So it cannot react to device orientation shift.

But you can definitely use CSS to decide to show/hide a module based on screen width.
