Errors when update to 10.1.1

Got the flag to update to 10.1.1 (had 10.0.4).
Got this error:

Same error when using Install plugins.

Downloaded 10.1.0 and used "Install plugins" and that worked fine.

Tried again with 10.1.1 with same error.

Try deleting the Joomla cache and try again.

Hi,
Done that, and also tried to delete the "autoload_psr4.php" with no change.
Its recreated but no change in behavior.

Try deleting these files and folders:
administrator/manifests/libraries/regularlabs.xml
administrator/manifests/packages/pkg_regularlabs.xml
administrator/manifests/packages/regularlabs
/plugins/system/regularlabs
/libraries/regularlabs
(You will get other errors now).

Then clear the Joomla cache and reinstall the latest version of the extension you installed.

I don't know what is causing the issues. Looks like very specific to your setup.
When you install the package, it gives an error. Install it again, it installs fine, again and it gives an error, again and it's fine.
So it looks like there are issues with files locking and not being able to be deleted or overwritten.
