I've had the pro license before, but now i can't install the free version i get the error
You currently have the PRO version installed.
By upgrading to the latest FREE version, you will lose functionality.
If you want to keep all functionality you will have to buy a PRO version.
To be able to upgrade to the new FREE version, you will have to uninstall Cache Cleaner first.
Error installing package
I've uninstalled all regularlabs software but still have this issue, I could install software I didn't had before

Seems you still have some remaining files on your server.
Try to do a 'Discover' in Joomla to see if there are things not correctly installed.

You have no discovered extensions to install.
Discover extensions that have not gone through the normal installation process.

If there are no more "Cache Cleaner" extensions to be found under the Extensions >> Manage page, then make sure these folders no longer exist on your server:

I found it there where still files under /administrator/manifests/packages removed them now it's ok
