Error on some pages with conditions

I have an error:
RegularLabs\Component\Conditions\Administrator\Condition\Condition::makeArray(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array|string, null given, called in /administrator/components/com_conditions/src/Condition/Condition.php on line 271

I've installed the dev releases but no change.

Any idea what can be the issue?
