Prepare Content kicks me out of module edit and...

Upgraded to Joomla 4.3.3 php 8.2.8 mysql 10.5.19

So I'm getting WebAssetManager is locked error.

Read your forum posts and you suggested to set modules to prepare content.

When I go into Advanced Module manager and attempt to make this edit, I get kicked back to the module list and the module I was working on is locked.

I tried turning on the site debug and maximum error reporting but was prompted to add my Download Key (this was already done for the Extension Manager). When I add my key I'm getting "There was an issue trying to check the validity of your Download Key." and to try again later. Having tried later and still getting that message I'm stumped.

Also, your db replacer extension will that allow me to set prepare content on for all modules? Is this a bad idea?
