The extension "Modals "causes since the update to Joomla 4 occasionally an error 500 - and the frontend is "Woops" ...
My workaround goes like this:
Uninstall
Delete cache
Reinstall
Uninstall
Clear Cache
Reinstall
After that it works again. After an update this is not a real problem. But now the error 500 just appeared again without any reason. Again, the above procedure worked again - but I am worried.
If you need the credentials for the test system, please drop me a note.

Enabel debug mode and switch error reporting to maximum.

I have made the settings. Unfortunately I can not reproduce the error autonomously. I have uploaded the extension again via Joomla Update System, but the error remains grad shy in the corner. As soon as it shows up, I'll post the currently clean error log.

Please see for yourself, the error message is live, and I left it that way in the test version:
bbi-j4.testsache.de/
The problem seems to be "Modules Anywhere". When I uninstall it, the error 500 disappears. But of course then also the functionality disappears 🙁

The error currently showing seems to be down to an issue in your template's error.php.
This makes it impossible to see the actual error trace.

Ah, at the bottom of the page there is another error trace.
That points to an issue in the login module override:So my conclusion would be that your template is causing multiple issues!
