J3 > J4 Advanced Module Manager throws error on re-installation

Sometimes these error are displayed sometimes not.

Update: When I deinstall all regular labs extensions after migration and reinstall the extensions it works. So: install on top of already installed extensions caused the problem.

Seems like you had issues in your database. Probably leftovers from an old installation. Make sure you 'Fix' the database issues before the upgrade.
See the 'Database' section under the Extension>Manage menu in the J3 administrator.

There's nothing to fix.
Database table structure is up to date.

Other Information

Database schema version (in #__schemas): 3.10.7-2022-03-18.
Update version (in #__extensions): 3.10.11.
Database driver: mysqli.
190 database changes were checked.
218 database changes did not alter table structure and were skipped.

No idea. If you can consistently reproduce the issue, let me know.

You are bumping into a lot of issues that seem to have to do with issues on your setup(s) (in database and file system).
