RegularLabs\Library\Parameters not found

Hi,
I can't install db replacer 7.1.1, installation generates error "J!4 Fixex issue with replacing numeric values not being possible"
and when access component show the message " 0 Class RegularLabs\Library\Parameters not foound"

Try clearing the Joomla cache and re-install the extension...

It looks like there is an issue with folder/file write permissions.

Try deleting these folders:

/plugins/system/regularlabs
/libraries/regularlabs

(You will get other errors now).

Then reinstall the latest version of DB Replacer.

I had the same issue. On one site, deleting those folders fixed the issue. On another site, I had to uninstall Regular Labs completely and then reinstall.
