direct call subform fields?

hi, i'm loading an article file in this way
{article id="1234"}[test-contacts]{/article}
!

the output is like ->
<span class="field-value ">
	<ul class="fields-container">
		<li>
        	<span class="field-entry"><span class="field-value ">Mister X</span></span>,
     		<span class="field-entry"><span class="field-value ">+49 030 0000</span></span>,
            <span class="field-entry"><span class="field-value "></span></span>
		</li>	
	</ul>
</span>
because i have some subfields in [test-contacts]!

My first Question is -> is it possible to acces the subfield directly like
{article id="1234"}[test-contacts][subfield-name]{/article}
???

My second Question is -> is it possible to override the output so that the new output delete the Comma in the end of each row?

PS: That for each thing is only available in the Joomla 4 version.
