Are you referring to the Joomla 3 or Joomla 4 version of Advanced Module Manager?
In Joomla 4 you can duplicate Condition Sets in the Conditions component.

The Conditions component is a Regular Labs thing for Joomla 4.
No, in Joomla 3 it is not possible to copy assignments from 1 module to another.
