Hi Peter:

I have launch the website 4 days ago and I'm having terrible problems, with the tabs not showing the content, mostly when using the components anywhere within those tabs.
Everything seems to be working fine in the english part of the site. However the Spanish version of the site is a mess.

Can you please tale a look for me.

Also my version of tabs is the pro, but not the components anywhere do you think that problem will get solve if a get the pro version of components anywhere?

Thanks.

Update. Ok everything seems to be working now. Except on the help page, the component within the help menu on the open a ticket tab, is not showing the component. On both the English and the Spanish site. Your login is good for both. Meanwhile I keep trying to find the problem myself.

Thanks,

Can you please give the direct urls of the pages where you have an issue?

Looks like something on your server/setup is blocking the loading of the component via the built in url content loading functionality (cUrl).
Can you also give me (s)ftp access so I can take a deeper look?

The data is blocked by an additional login via SiteLock:

... requires an additional security check.

Of course!
SiteLock I should have thought of that.
Can you ve more specific?
What's the procedure? is it a particular IP address?

Thank you !

I have no idea. I have no experience with SiteLock.
The IP is your own server. It is trying to load an internal page. So weird that this SiteLock even gets in the way.

I had to add security because I was having a significant number of robots, attacking the server, and the Joomla firewall wasn't detecting them.
As a result, the website was very slow, because these malicious robots were using all of the bandwidth.
After I set SiteLock up the page is working great!
I will have to figure it out how to make it work.
In the meantime, I set up the website without depending on this component, 🙁 sad because it is essential.
I love your extensions. I've been working in Joomla for so many years and tried every single extension out there and let me say you are one of the best! As far as tech support, the quality of your coding and unique in your creative ideas for making extensions.

Let me know if you think of something about how to go around this, or what to ask SiteLock.

Thank you very much

Sorry,I can't help you further with this.
The issue is with SiteLock, not with Components Anywhere.

I understand. Don't worry.
When I get the chance I'll take a look into it,
and if i find a solution I will post it here
so it will help any others that might encounter this problem in the future.

Thank you!

Hi Peter:

I spoke to SiteLock, and they told me that yes, most likely it is them blocking the request.
They asked me to identify the IP from where the request is being made so they can whitelist it
Can you provide me with that IP?

Thank you.

Again, the IP is your own server. It is an internal php (cURL) request.
