Hi Peter,

after a while and within a new project I wanted to use ReReplacer again, but can't save any ReReplacer items.
What ever I do, I get 'The item must have something to search for.' – but for sure, I wrote something there ;)

Joomla 3.8.3
PHP 7.1.10
Regular Labs - Extension Manager 7.1.6
ReReplacer 8.3.2
MAC OS 10.13.2 / FF 57.0.3

Any idea what I can do?
Thx in advance!

Best,
Boris

yep, this version is fixing the issue - thx Peter!

Just a little cosmetic detail:
Starting a new item the input-focus is set to the replace-field / it might be nice to set this at the search-field … (?)

The new version has been released.

When I create a new item, the focus is not on any field.

Great! Thx!

When I start a new item and directly start typing, the replace field will be filled …

Nope, can't reproduce that. Tried it on Chrome and FireFox.
Could it be a browser plugin?

Strange …

just tested on MAC with Safari (no extensions), Google Chrome (no extensions) and FireFox (just some extra dev-tools installed);
all the same:
- new item
- cursor is blinking in both fields
- start typing fills replace-field

I could not reproduce it on my local setup. But did see this behaviour online. Weird.
