IP Login

Does the secret URL key have to be at the end of the URL?

Hello,

We're running a multi-lingual site with IP Login. Our secret url is something like: http://oursite.com?userlogin, which works fine. But when we turn on multi-lingual, Joomla changes the url to http://oursite.com?userlogin&lang=en which gets the right language, but IP login no longer sees the secret url key and doesn't automatically login. It looks like it should work, as getUrlQuery() looks like it should be walking through all the query string parts. But then again, line 190 of helper.php looks like it's looking for an '=' sign in the query, which this won't have.

thanks,
brent

Can you simply try:

http://oursite.com?userlogin=1

IP Login will remove the login url string after it is logged in.
So that should only happen if the user is already logged in...
