Not finding how to assign GeoIP to a Module of a banner

I am trying to assign a banner ad to be displayed in Australia but am not finding the option to select Australia. I am actually not finding any options for GeoIP. Do you think I may be missing some configuration options.

Which tab in the Advanced Module Manager should I be looking in to set the GeoIP data?

I can only see four tabs now: Module, Assignments, Advanced and Permissions. This if for a module of the type "banners".

In the documentation on your site I see some tabs that may be missing? such as Notes and Options. Is there something I need to do to add more tabs so that I will be able to see the GeoIP options.

I am using Joomla 3.9.5

Thank you very much,

Sean Carney

OH. Yeah the ad is on the home page of www.shalomadventure.com and is in the right column. It is an invitation to a Passover Seder in Australia.

You have the "System - Regular Labs - Advanced Module Manager" plugin disabled.
Enable that to be able to use Advanced Module Manager.

Well, that was a little embarrassing. Thank you for pointing that out.

I now need to find out why that was turned off, although I may have an idea. Right now, after turning on the plugin, I am not able to view any of the modules.

www.shalomadventure.com/administrator/in...=com_advancedmodules

Is returning a 404 error message stating "Component not found."

I have tried it with Firefox and Chrome. Do you have any idea what might be causing that?

Thank you again,

Sean

Have you tried reinstalling Advanced Module Manager ?

Also, make sure the component is enabled.

I can get to

but not
https://www.shalomadventure.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_advancedmodules

Thanks, Sean

I am so sorry to have made the same mistake twice. It was not enabled.

Now that I am able to get into Advanced Module Manager, do I have to Include or Exclude any of the Continents and Countries options in the Geolocating section to make it work?

I suspect that is what I was missing.

thanks, Sean

PS. Nevermind. That was obviously a dumb question. It is working now that I have selected Australia. 🙂

To make it only show in Australia, use the Include and select Australia.

I recommend you first read the documentation and watch the tutorial videos:
