Hello,

If i see the url of the component my view is this (i see all component events from all categories):

Confidential information:
(hidden)

If i add {component index.php?option=com_eventbooking&view=category&layout=timeline&id=0} to an article i see:
Confidential information:
(hidden)

Not seeing all the events, but see the 4 subcategories of the event.

I want the view of all events. How to solve?

Regards Michel

Do you have the 'Force Itemid' option on in the Components Anywhere system plugin settings?

Yes i did, force item id=Yes

That means the url placed in the Components Anywhere tag will include the menu item id of the current page and therefor also taken over the overriding settings of that menu item.
So switch it off unless you know how it works and need it.

Hello,

Sound logical, but i included this in the article {component index.php?option=com_eventbooking&view=category&layout=timeline&id=0} and i don't see a menu-item ID in it.
What i should switch off??

Regards Michel

Switch the 'Force Itemid' option off.

Try clearing the joomla cache first.
If it still doesn't work, can you give me (super) admin and (s)ftp access so I can take a look?

I can't/won't use a Joomla file browser to change files. If I change something that breaks the admin, I have no way to fix it.
So if you can provide direct (s)ftp access, I am happy to look into this further.

There is something wrong with the sef urls on your setup.
The final non-sef url that Components Anywhere will use is:

http://www.yasalsa.nl/index.php?option=com_eventbooking&view=category&layout=timeline&id=0&tmpl=component&lang=nl-NL
Joomla (JRoute) converts this to:
http://www.yasalsa.nl/component/eventbooking/?layout=timeline&tmpl=component&lang=nl-NL
As you can see, that is returning a different page.

This seems to be down to an issue in the EventBooking component.
