Components Anywhere

Component within component JQuery issue

I used the extension components anywhere to combine components.
I have a course component "OSCampus" and a Quiz component "vQuiz"

On the course component I've embedded a Quiz in a lesson by using the component syntax {component url.... /component}

The quiz shows up fine, but the buttons to play the quiz "next, skip" do not work. Probably because a JQuery conflict between the modules.

I obviously tried every setting combination on the plugin, with no success.

Is there a way around such conflict?

Thanks in advance

not all scripts play nice together. So there may not be a solution for this.
Do you have this online so I can take a look?

You can use the 'Hidden text' button in the forum editor to hide the confidential information.

The menu where I combined the components is called "Test Quiz"
The menu with the quizes working normally is called "Quiz"

There seems to be an issue with this piece of javascript:

var html = '
<div class="quiz-ques">';
Best to ask the developers of that quiz for support on this...

Thanks for your Input Peter

I did. This was their reply

"Thanks for contacting and giving an opportunity to assist you. Issue has been resolved, Please check and let us know your feedback.
Thanks & Regards"

:unsure:

Obviously they didn't even bother to read the message. Communication with India is hard because of the time differential.
I wish I had somebody I could hire to help me fix issues like this.

Yes I understand, thank you anyway.
I was able to achieve it using an embedding it as an iframe, instead of as a component.
