Hi.

Is the syntax NOT FIRST is good ?

For exemple :

{articles category="159" tags="classements" ordering="created DESC" limit="4" }{if '2018' IN tags && first}[link][title][/link][introtext][fulltext]{/if}{if '2018' IN tags && NOT first}[link][title][/link]{/if}{/articles}

Regards.

No, but you can use:

{if !first}

Hi Peter.

Thanks for the not condition.

But now i have another problem.

When i want to do a AND condition on tags (problem whit IN tags condition)

This run (i have the articles) :

{articles catid="159" tags="classements" ordering="created DESC" limit="4" }{if first}[[link][title][/link][introtext][fulltext]
{/if}{if !first}
[link][title][/link]
{/if}{/articles}

But not this (no article returned) :

{articles catid="159" ordering="created DESC" limit="4" }{if 'classements' IN tags && first}[[link][title][/link][introtext][fulltext]
{/if}{if 'classements' IN tags && !first}
[link][title][/link]
{/if}{/articles}

And of course not this (i need to have the articles of category 159 with the 2 tags 'classements' AND '2017' ) :

{articles catid="159" tags="classements" ordering="created DESC" limit="4" }{if '2017' IN tags && first}[[link][title][/link][introtext][fulltext]
{/if}{if '2017' IN tags && !first}
[link][title][/link]
{/if}{/articles}

Thanks.
Regards.

Hi Peter.

With de dev version It's seems good.

Just an observation : "first" must be in lower case.

10 months 5 days ago #76856

Peter van Westen's Avatar Peter van Westen Admin

Correct.

Oups...,

...sorry but after some days that i use the dev version, i have a result, but i see that this result is not correct.

{articles catid="159" tags="classements" ordering="created DESC" limit="4" }{if '2017' IN tags && first}[[link][title][/link][introtext][fulltext]
{/if}{if '2017' IN tags && !first}
[link][title][/link]
{/if}{/articles}

1) I think that tags="classements" detect the tag if it's the first tag of the article, but not if the tag is after in the tag's list.

Because when is change this to
{articles catid="159" tags="2017" ordering="created DESC" limit="4" }{if 'classements' IN tags && first}[[link][title][/link][introtext][fulltext]
{/if}{if 'classements' IN tags && !first}
[link][title][/link]
{/if}{/articles}
I have no result nor for the 1st if nor for the 2nd.

2) the sub condition {if '2017' IN tags && first} : return nothing sometimes because i think the the 'first' condition is not the first article with the '2017' and 'classement' in tag, but only the first of this condition {articles catid="159" tags="classements" ordering="created DESC" limit="4" }.
So if the first of {articles catid="159" tags="classements" ordering="created DESC" limit="4" } don't have the 2017 tag the {if '2017' IN tags && first} condition is never true.

Hi

After week of test in production, the problem is when the author (author1) wich have write the article where is the articleanywhere tag (article1), and the author of the article (author2/article2) that should be include in article1 have not the same ACL rights.

In the ACL the author2 cannot publish on the category of the article1.

If i want that the include define in articleanywhere tag of the article1 is made after the author2 has published his article (article2), it is necessary that author1 made a simple update of the article2 (published by author2).

How to solve this problem ?

Peter van Westen's Avatar Peter van Westen Admin

Articles Anywhere does not and cannot overrule the ACL settings you have in place.
So only people with the correct access levels for the category of article2 can edit article2.

Yes of course.

But article1 is written by author1 wich is superadmin.
It's a website page, wich include (via articlelanywhere tags) articles from author wich are not SU (author2), and don't have right to publish directly on categories of article1 (web site page).

When author2 (not SU) write an article, the articleanywhe tag don't run, and his article are not displayed in article1 (author2 have not the rigth to publish on article1).

So Author1 (SU) need to go on article2 and simply clic on modify / apply...
...and article2 is insered in article1.

Actualy we must always have the intervention of author1 (SU).

I'm not understanding the actual issue you are having and trying to describe.

Also check out the 'Ignore' options in the Articles Anywhere system plugin settings.

Roland's Avatar Roland

Ok i test to active the ignore access level (set to yes)

Hi.

There is still a cache problem.
I am forced to manually clear the cache so that the receiving items display newly created included items.

Please try the latest development version from:

And switch off the "Use Query Cache" option in the Articles Anywhere system plugin settings.
