Hi guys,

When we updated to Joomla 3.8.3, we also updated Advance Module Manager to 7.5.0 Pro.

We now have an issue where the assignment GUI is simply a list of menu id's.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Or What the problem is?

Thanks,
Glen

Make sure you clear your browsers cache.

I have cleared browser cache. I've even used a brand new browser never used before. The issue still persists the GUI doesn't get loaded.

Thanks for your help,
Glen

Can you give me (super) admin access so I can take a look?
You can use the 'Hidden text' button in the forum editor to hide the confidential information.

Hi Peter, I'm really sorry but you can't access the site from outside our network and I really like my job too!

I am a web developer, is there anything I can check?

The server is probably blocking the ajax calls.
Check the error console in the browser.

If you can reproduce this on an online environment to which I can get access, I am happy to look into this.

Thanks, it looks like you're correct we're getting a 404 error:
"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) ** /administrator/index.php?option=com_ajax&plugin=regularlabs&format=raw&attributes=**"

Having a look in the administrator/components there's no regular labs plugin folder if there's meant to be one. It's not in the plugin folder either. FYI We installed the module manager via your extension manager.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Can you give me (super) admin and (s)ftp access so I can take a look?
And tell me on what url I can see/reproduce the issue.

Hi Peter I am unable to give you access.

I appologise, we have security measures in place that prevent me from giving you access and prevents you from accessing it anyway.

As I said before, I am a web developer so if you point me right direction I can do the digging for you.

Again I appologise and really appreciate your help!

Find out why that call returns a 404.
Make sure the Joomla Ajax extension is installed and enabled.
