Hi there,
I was testing out the free version of Advanced Module Manager to see if it meets my needs. However, when I uninstall it, it removes the page assignments for many site modules - even those that were assigned before I installed Advanced Module Manager. Is this normal? I am scared to play with this component if I risk losing more information.
Thanks in advance for any information you can provide, or any tricks to avoiding this.

When using Advanced Module Manager, the menu assignments will be converted to conditions with the menu selection.
When saving modules using AMM, the unused menu assignments will be removed, as the conditions are now leading.
There is no way to avoid that.
If you want to test extensions out: do this on a test copy of the site. And always make backups of your site and database.
