We're having problems with modals not opening on page load. We haven't changed any of the syntax settings in the plugin and have it set up exactly as shown in the documentation: {modal url="
test.com
" open="true"}{/modal}. We are using Modals v12.6.1 Pro (the latest version compatible with Joomla 3) on Joomla 3.9.10.
Please let us know what needs to be done to fix this.

Can you give me (super) admin and (s)ftp access so I can take a look?
And tell me on what url I can see/reproduce the issue.
You can use the 'Confidential information' button in the forum editor to hide sensitive information.

The admin login doesn't work.
And where have you placed the {modal} tag? In an article or module? On what url are you expecting the modal popup?

The issue seems to be caused by JCE Optimize.
Switch that off to see if it is working then.
Check your browser's console to get more info about the javascript error(s).
